I have been training with Rebecca for several months now. My goal is to gain muscle while maintaining my weight. Rebecca took into account my goals and crafted a training plan that had me making steady progress while ensuring that I did everything safely and was improving my form along the way. I've been training with Rebecca for several years. Whether I'm taking a group fitness class with her or doing a personal training session, it's always a fantastic experience. Over the years I've had different injuries/issues with my body and she's always been able to create effective training programs, designed specifically around the areas I need to work the most and strengthen, or temporarily avoid. When I train with Rebecca, I know I'm always going to leave feeling super accomplished with tackling a tough workout, but also a safe workout that addresses any of my limitations. I’m 54 years old and have been playing sports, in the gym and with a trainer on and off for nearly 35 of those years! When I moved to Florida about 23 years ago, I found it very hard to maintain a steady plan to keep myself in shape – business, kids, gym burn out and a host of all the typical reasons – I was slowly falling apart. About 4 ½ years ago, I was introduced to Rebecca. All of this changed. She immediately understood what I was up against and created a seemingly constant evolving workout plan to keep me moving forward. What’s most important, is she understands when and how to adjust workouts based on my needs. When I need basic fitness – she dials in “functional exercises”, but when I am getting ready for an event that requires true sports fitness – she can get as hard core as necessary and push me to the edge.
